The United States Military offers a several programs to support the educational goals of active-duty service members. Eligibility requirements and support level vary depending on branch of service. For additional information, service members should contact their branch or

ATOM is approved for veteran training. Prior to receiving Veteran’s Benefits, the veteran must first establish his/her eligibility with the VA directly. Once eligibility has been established, ATOM certifies the veteran’s enrollment in the program. See the VA website for further information.
Veterans with service-connected disabilities may be eligible for benefits under the Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) Vet Success Program, set forth in Title 38, Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 31. It is sometimes referred to as the Chapter 31 program.
The Chapter 31 Program assists Veterans with service-connected disabilities to prepare for, find, and keep suitable jobs. They may also assist eligible VA students with the cost to attend ATOM. For additional information, please visit the VR&E pages of the VA website.
