Request for Withdrawal must be made in writing directly to the Academic Dean.

All monies will be refunded if the application is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels in writing within three (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making initial payment.

Withdrawal following the third (3rd) business day after signing the Enrollment Agreement, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies paid, except for the application processing fee.

Withdrawal following the initiation of courses, but prior to fourteen (14) days after course has begun, will result in a refund of all monies paid, except for the application processing fee.

Withdrawal after fourteen (14) days following the initiation of Master’s courses but prior to completion of 60% of the semester will result in a pro rata refund computed on the student’s completed attendance within the term.

No refund shall be provided following completion of 60% of the term.

Withdrawal Date: The termination date for refund-computation purposes is the date the written notice of withdrawal is received by the Academic Dean. In cases where written notice is not provided, the withdrawal date will be the last date of attendance by the student (LDA)/ Or as determined by ATOM administration.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt by the Academic Dean of a written Request for Withdrawal.

A student can be dismissed by ATOM for insufficient progress, non-payment of tuition/fees, or failure to comply with school rules and policies.

Refund policies which pertain to students who are receiving Title IV Federal Students Financial Assistance or veterans’ benefits shall be in compliance with applicable federal regulations.
